ARIKASOFT PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation policy.

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to vendors/merchants and the shipping process has been initiated.
  • ARIKASOFT PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, etc. However, refund or replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the delivered product is unsatisfactory.
  • In case of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service Team within 7 days of receipt of the product. The request will be entertained after verification by the merchant. If the product received is not as shown on the website or does not meet expectations, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • For products covered under manufacturer warranty, please contact the respective manufacturer directly.
  • In case any refund is approved by ARIKASOFT PRIVATE LIMITED, the amount will be processed within 1-2 business days to the original mode of payment.
